COLLECTORS' DRAW NIGHT RULES

1- A Collectors' Draw Night ticket value is $10 per ticket and it is not refundable. It can be purchassed in person with cash, checks or credit cards. It can also be purchased over the phone with a credit card.

2- A limited amount of 300 tickets will be issued for this event. The draw will take place at the end of the opening night.

3- The winner ticket will be selected randomly from a maximum total of 300 tickets in front of a minimum of two witnesses not related to Augusto Fine Art Gallery.

4- The ticket holder winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw as long as he/she provided his contact information to Augusto Fine Art Gallery. The winner ticket will be posted in Augusto Fine Art Gallery website and he/she will be notified by email or phone if it was provided.

5- The ticket holder winner must provide proof of purchase or a valid form of identification before collecting a AFA Gallery Credit Certificate with a total value based on the amount of tickets sold throughout the night, i.e. 100 tickets = $1000 AFA Gallery Credit Certificate, 300 tickets = $3000 AFA Gallery Credit Certificate

6- AFA Gallery Credit Certificate must only be redeemed as follow at Augusto Fine Art Gallery:

a. To buy one or more art pieces displayed at Augusto Fine Art at the time of the draw which total value plus sale tax is equal or less to the amount of the AFA Gallery Credit Certificate.
b. To use as a down payment towards the purchase of one or more pieces of art displayed at Augusto Fine Art at the time of the draw which value plus sale tax exceeds the amount of the AFA Gallery Credit Certificate.
c. To use as a down payment towards the commission of new artwork by any of the artists displayed at Augusto Fine Art at the time of the draw which value plus sale tax equals or exceeds the amount of the AFA Gallery Credit Certificate.

7- The ticket holder winner has 30 days from the day he/she is notified by Augusto Fine Art Gallery to redeem the total value of the AFA Gallery Credit Certificate. After 30 days from notifying winner, Augusto Fine Art Gallery will void any remaining amount of credit in the AFA Gallery Credit Certificate.
