Lilac tinted, duck infested, water,
Lone Heron perched on clear washed rock,
natures natural lichen-free beacon
in this deep yet stilled moon bathed lagoon,
enclosed only by purpling bristling pines
- no evergreen wind shaping here -
since this is Log Town, Seattles sister port,
yet another fabulous harbour of smoky blues,
outrageous extremes, sage sidewalk clowns,
busily snaking into the Lone Star bottom end
of Hollyrudes crude Dream Machine.
really just a little sleepy Canadian seaside town
replete with it's almost subliminal international ambitions
and it's own distinctive surreal Cascadian flavour.

Time; Space; Motion; Energy;

drawn from asymmetrical sentient space
producing a whole bright new world of
time-stacked hologramed realities.
Sea, Surf, Sand, Sun,
therapeutic vibrant grotto's nestling
in mutating translucent living landscapes;
ego-free regional representatives plus

hang gliding - wind surfing -
everything cycling - recycling
ethically - compassionately;
moving gently ever forwards on a warm
consistent, positive, humane,

The nuts and bolts are worth preserving,

that swallowed mother natures secret cosmic cream.

True timeless masters of their own mad domain,

as boredom creeps, that jaded aged curse,
making them finally envy all normal mortals timely hearse
that lifts them from this sad realm of human tears
getting them up beyond their awesome dualistic fears

Opening Night reminders, art events and current shows updates at local and regional venues

Augusto Fine Art is looking for Ohio local artists, as well as national and international artists to be featured on our weekly electronic newsletter The Art Fix .

We are looking for emerging and established poets, writers, painters, illustrators, photographers, sculptors, glass artists, costume designers, set designers willing to share a piece of their talent to enlighten the life of all of us and to showcase their art.

A poem or/and passage of a short story will be paired to a visual artwork at every issue. Literature and artwork must be submitted electronically.

There is not a limitation on the quantity of pieces to submit, or number of proposals by one artist. There is not a deadline. However, Augusto Fine Art reserves all the rights to select the literature pieces and visual artwork to be displayed, and the rate of distribution.

Featured artists will be linked to their websites or to a contact information web page. No fees or commissions will be charged to be promoted or as a result of any sales resulting from this promotion.
