Flying Over You (Study)

Artistic director. This piece was created by apprentices during ArtWorks 2006: a fine art summer apprenticeship program produced by Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio. “Flying Over You” is a multimedia public installation which goals are to complement another piece of public art and add color to the tunnel leading to Terminal D at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. The installation wraps around 58 lineal feet of the lower frontal panels at the entrance of the escalator and it is 6 feet high. “Flying Over You” is an abstract representation of what people flying in the paper airplane might see down below.
