My teaching philosophy is simple: I can teach you technique, the proper way to use the tools and as many tricks as I know but you have to put the sweat. If you really want to learn to draw and/or paint, you need to practice beyond a two hour session per week.
These are recommended supplies for the studio instruction and to practice at home. However, you will have enough material left over to keep on playing at home for the next six months. You don't have to buy them all at once since we always start teaching drawing before painting.
You could also use any supplies available at the studio but there is an additional supply fee that will be added to the cost of the program.
